have you customised the software in any way?
to go down the custom route read and digest this whole page
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1703488 and if you feel upto it download and install the toolkit and modify your device ( you have to do this right)
You can then choose a rom from the hundreds there some of which are 4.2.2 so you will be ahead of stock
If not somewhere on XDA are links and instructions to official roms that you can install using odin
