I said for most people download speed isn't an issue. Evidenced by 71% of VM customers choosing to stay on the slowest package available - 10mb or below. From VM's own results publications.

And 95% of UK customers are on 24mb or below. Only 5% of all UK customers opt for 30, 40, 50, or 100mb services combined, despite >50% having at least 50mb available to them. From OFCOM's government commissioned survey.
