And as I previously mentioned, Virgin Media are not going to do that, they are focusing on the fujitsu scheme. It is not commercially viable by other means
Ofcom has forced BT to lets other ISP's be allowed to use the BT fiber network, Virgin's fujitsu scheme could work on BT Infinity, will Barbican get BT Infinity as well and is the C&W LLU Network linked to BT Fiber network?
