If in the retail market, Tesco were to corner the supply of a particular product (like, say corn flakes) and only allowed competitors to sell inferior versions or on very disadvantageous terms, there would be an outcry, and this would not be tolerated.
The big 'producers' are currently clamouring for ever more draconian measures against piracy; with that should go an obligation to ensure that their product is legitimately available to as wide as possible a market.
