Rang VM, the woman said all done 10 mins later txt to both phones saying on Cable bundle of 300+300 for £10/month.
Take it that is it. I haven't paid anything up front and it says 1st payment due 29/9/08 £10?? Why is it paid in arrears or will they charge me £20 on 29/9 for each phone?
Also I emailed VM press office to complain and copied in
Neil.Berkett@virginmedia.co.uk thinking that was CEO email address he emailed back instantly with one line saying we're on to it. IS THAT A FAKE EMAIL ADDRESS?
