Virgin mobile error 9th June

I noticed a charge on for mine and my partner's mobile on 9th June and neither of us had used all our minutes. Apparantly this was an issue with the system and everybody who has been charged will get refunded. This of course only effects anybody who is on a pay monthly contract who may of made a call when the error was present.
