One for all

I have a Sky HD box and am trying to use a One For All model SV1715T model sender. The unit sends a picture to my bedroom TV but the Sky remote will not work. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you setup and plugged in the IR Blaster or just the SCART/AV cables?

i might seem slow but what is an IR blaster, i have never heard of it.
