Cable Forum - TiVo user guide/manual

The tech never left anything after my TiVo install, and I've since discovered the PDF user guide which outlines lots of details of what all the features are and buttons do. However, my PC and TiVo are in different rooms and I can't go and lookup the guide on the comp every time I want to refer to it. Also, it's too many pages for me to print.

I emailed CS asking for a hard copy and they tell me they don't do one and won't send it out.

I think others on here have reported being left the user guide after install. Am I being fobbed off?? Surely hard copies of this guide exist? I'm all about saving paper, but I would use this!
