We're coming tomorrow!!
 

I filled in the web questionnaire about upgrading from 20 to 50 Mbps. The form clearly said that I would be telephoned with the price, which I could accept or decline. Today I get a message that my upgrade is tomorrow!!
I hastily rang India and they gave me the price, which sounds fine, but be warned...if you fill in the form about possibly upgrading, they'll latch onto that as a confirmed upgrade. Deliberate or just sloppy practice? The form I'm referring to is the one on the 'My Virgin Media' website.
