Intermittent broadband

I had Virgin installed on 25th of February and am wondering if I've made the worst decision ever, I've had the v6 vip package but my internet constantly reboots, I've had a new hub, new power supply and network engineers out but still every evening between 5pm and 10pm my hub won't stay locked on. Am waiting with baited breath for network engineers to investigate further tomorrow. I am on a lightening project area so all new cabs etc

Given the issues you've had, I'm fairly sure you'd be able to cut your losses and go as Virgin has never given you adequate service.

Having said that, once it is sorted, it should be great - I'm just surprised it's taking them this long.

Is this "network engineer" coming out to your house to investigate, or are you waiting for a call back?

Give the engineer chance to sort it out then you may be more than happy.
