The roofer cut 2 cat6a cables

How do repair them? It has to be waterproof.

My concern is that the cables are Cat6a, pure copper, smoke free (!!!) , they are very stiff. I had trouble fitting them into Cat6a sockets.

Does the ordinary crimping tool work on cat6a R45 plugs?

Both are 90 meter runs from different rooms to the server room. The cables are hidden behind rainwater pipes via the loft etc. Not easy to replace the runs.
We are not allowed to have external wires.

I found out the kit to use to fix them.

The question is do I train the roofer to crimp rj45 plugs + use waterproof inline connectors?

I ain't going up there, 8-9m high, neither the IT guy that I called.

Disaster.

Maybe someone like a satalight/sky/dish instaler would be able to help?
