Yes. When I went for lunch there was a red tinch to everything sort of light twilight but a different colour.

As explained in the BBC article this was widely reported and understood. It was dust that hurricane Ophelia had dragged in from the Sahara and the forest fire in Europe.

it's the butterfly effect a butterfly flaps it's wings in Australia and a chicken lays an egg in cleethorpes ,i'll leave you to work that one out ;)
