Re: Update on Phone-hacking inquiry: News of the World Apologises
Did u see John Prescott and one of the reporters from the news of the world i think he was on 10 oclock live? The reporter stated outright he thought it was ok to ho hack peoples phones who are rich and famous to see if what they are saying was true because the public have a right to know, but as John Prescott said that could be anything and anyone it could even mean a famous dancer etc.

Re: Update on Phone-hacking inquiry: News of the World Apologises
It depends on how endemic phone hacking has become in News Internationals other media. Is NOW the only paper within the 'empire' that is habitually doing this and I wonder how many people are currently holding their breath.
Me personally I'd like the whole inquiry to be expanded to the rest of the industry but that's not going to happen unless there is new evidence. |
Re: Update on Phone-hacking inquiry: News of the World Apologises
Tip of a very large iceberg methinks.
I wonder how many famous/important people still have their voicemail accounts on their default settings without a personalised PIN... |

Just think, if News of the World employees go to prison they'll be meeting their biggest category of readers ... criminals. They'll be giving their autograph for canteen items!
