Colour printer for a new iPad
 

Hi guys, just wondering what sort of printer would be required to print from the lad's new ipad when we get it and whether anyone could recommend something for us. Ideally I'd like colour because that would add so much enjoyment to anything he prints but I'm conscious of the problem of costly dried up heads/ink cartridges which occur if the thing isn't used regularly. He's not going to want to be printing high resolution photos so a laser could work for us and would avoid ink issues. It needs to be something which is fairly easy to set up and operate though. Any ideas?

Wifi network printer? There are a few about, some dirt cheap (with very expensive inks of course).

As we've never bought any Apple products before I have no idea what works with what. It's going to be a brand new ipad so will that work with older printers? What do we need to look out for?
