Programs out of sync with voice - help please
 

I have had the TiVo box for ages now , the last few months ive noticed programs being out of sync with the voice , there lips would move and then a split second later you would hear the audio , can anyone help please . I have noticed I could get the v6 box but I'm not going to pay 320 for it ive been with virgin for about 15 years ....

There are lots of reasons this can happen, so I need more info.

Are you sure the picture is coming before the sound? You might be right, but usually with these problems the sound comes first.

How is the TV connected to the TiVo? Do you have any other equipment such as amplifiers or soundbars involved?

Does it happen all the time? If not, when? (For example, is it only on certain channels? Only after you've been watching the same channel for a few hours? etc )
