Sky on demand connection box
 

How do I connect my BThomeHub2-87W5 to sky wireless connector?
I have followed all the instructions and it still will not connect any tips please!
I have tried to install my sky wireless connector:confused the power light is on but nothing is showing up on my screen bear in mind I am PC illiterate so after 45 minutes on phone to SKY they say it is ok does any one have any ideas ?

:welcome: to the forum. Unfortunately, I can't be much help, as I don't have Sky, but hopefully someone will be along soon.

I have seen several posts about similar issues on SkyUser.

IIRC most, if not all, were resolved after inputting a correct ssid.

Try temporarily changing your ssid to something very simple to test then if successful change back to your original.
