Outside Grey box cover missing
 

Hi All,

Apologies if this isnt the right place for this question but i wasnt quite sure where it would go..

I came back from a work trip last week and i found the cover for the little grey box on my wall outside had disappeared (no doubt the local kids being little gits again). If i ring Virgin will they replace the cover for free or will they charge me for a replacement?

Just call up and tell them that the omni box cover has disappeared and they will book an engineer to fit a new one free of charge.

thanks masque. i thought as much but didnt want to spend an age on the phone to be told that i had to pay to get it replaced.

Any suggestions which phone number to ring? (i dont have a virgin phone line so cant ring 151)

You ring 0845 454 1111 and choose technical support.

Might be best tomorrow morning after 0800.
