VM Cancellation Fee
I signed up for a 12 month 50MB contract, that is due to expire this October. Anyone knows what the cancellation fee is like? I wish I could search it for myself, but my internet has been terrible and I'll get frustrated searching.

Re: VM Cancellation Fee
I think its £80?
They are quick to ask for that, even when they have broken a contract multiple times, but if you do it.... its hell on earth. |
Re: VM Cancellation Fee
If you haven't been getting the service and you have called up to complain a few time they should release you for free.

Re: VM Cancellation Fee
Hi because of the price increase you can get out of the contract if you quick give them notice 30 days before April once you except the in crease it's to late

They never say those prices on the phone when you threaten to leave, it was usually around the £80 mark. Was for me a few days ago.

It's even built into the system to be able to give you a correct quote for disconnection ---------- Post added at 11:43 ---------- Previous post was at 11:41 ---------- Would point out that the fee is usually worked out after the end of the 30 days. So if you have 4 months left it would be 30 days + 3 months EDF |
