Grumpy masque lol? I find it blizzard that virgin offer free 0870 but no 0845, yet virgin mobile etc is 0845

Not every agent will do that but it is an easy thing to do and makes the customer a tad happier, especially after you inform them they have reached the wrong department.

You might call it "Local Rate" but calling 0845 numbers is a bit more expensive than actually making a local call. Especially on mobiles where 0845 numbers are often excluded from "free minutes".

Highly doubt that last one is actually Virgin Media, it's rangeholder is Telephony Services, aka AQL.

That 01256 number is Virgin Media though. :)
