I've never seen such an appalling bit of work. I'd be horrified if I came home and found all those ugly wires in my living room.

Best advice is to contact Neil Berkett. When we had a problem with our internet I emailed him and he sent round one of his top engineers within 2hrs of my email and it was all sorted out.

Thats was good. Someone had the same problem before, There's took forever to get resolved.

Seriously, thats not good. Though in fairness, I've seen worse in the Guildford area...!
