Net Neutrality

What would happen when the US ISPs start charging extra for certain traffic on their networks?

Would it have any effect over here in the UK?

Re: Net Neutrality

ISP's already block access to sites/domains/content if ordered to do so. That's not neutral unless the ordering body uniformly and fairly applies the rules without undue pressure from those that benefit from the block. (i.e. there has to be good, fair and legal reasons). But since those that do benefit would also benefit from removal of neutrality we could argue that neutrality is already de facto gone.
