With all the new builds going up in my area my 200mb bb will soon be down to about 100mb

A card was pushed through the door this morning from VM stating VM service should be even more speedy and reliable.

No noticeable difference so far but service was unavailable between 8.30am and 10.30am. Wonder what they did?

OK, config unchanged but the Power Level (dBmV) went from zero to 2.5.
