Installation charge
 

I am an existing customer with an old telewest box, I want to upgrade to tivo, will I have to pay the installation charge? or will I just pay what is on offer to new customers i.e a one off payment which includes installation?

Thanks - I posted the question whilst on the phone to VM support as they didn't seem to know, they eventually confirmed that it was free for now.
