Channel number changes

With the removal of BBC3/BBC3 HD from the Freesat EPG, the primary channel line up has now changed (old channel number in brackets):

BBC1 HD 106 (108)
BBC2 HD/SD 108 (109)
BBC Alba 109 (110)
BBC4 SD 110 (148)
