Is there any way to not pay for TV but keep my tivo?

As the title says,
I moved last year and as I was unsure of the Freeview reception I'd get in my new home I kept the basic M TV package.
To give VM credit they did give me a good deal but that is coming to an end, I have literally only used my Tivo 3 times since I moved and all for PPV boxing events,
so I ask does anyone know a way when I renegotiate soon that I can keep the Tivo (or have any other box) without paying for it so I still have access to the PPV events or do I bite the bullet and miss the few events a year I want and just pay for broadband which is all I need from VM?

If you are coming to the end of your contract call retentions and they'll probably be able to put you on or near the new customer price for the Player Bundle, £32. That's similar to getting TV for free seeing as 100mb on it's own is also £32.

Nope. Not possible. The Player TV package, while still free with a landline on your package, adds £5 a month for either a TiVO or V6 box. No other boxes are now available.

Thanks for the answers, I guess I'll have to see what deal they come up with when I call.
