Choppy Audio from TV/Sky

Hi All,

Im having issues with audio through my TV/Sky Box. Tv is a Samsung UE48JS8500 connected to my Bose Bar via a brand new optical audio cable. The audio will drop out for a split second and then come back again, its like this all the time and is very irritating. Any suggestions?

Try a factory reset on the TV. Also make sure the firmware is up to date on both the TV and the Bose.

Turns out the bose sound array, needs repair, which I have already spoken to them about 🙂
