Samsung TV can't get Amazon Prime Movies
 

Hi all

I have a Samsung smart TV UE32F5500AKXXU

I would like to watch Amazon prime movies, I have a preloaded icon but when I click on it... it loads a black screen with Love films and that's it !

Tried clicking everywhere but can't access any login page.

I have updated the TVs firmware but is made no difference.

Has anyone got any ideas as I am sure it should work on the TV due to the preloaded icon.

Would really appreciate any help or advice.

Physically unplugging the TV and plugging it back it seems to be a fix.

Recently I had a problem with 4oD on my H series TV. I had reset the Smart Hub to get it to work.

Also I can't quite work out whether it's still available or not. For some apps they only support a certain year onwards, but the list on Amazon's website isn't the best:

Brilliant, it's good to see with all these technological advances the old have you tried switching it of and on again fix has received an upgrade to

Love film was taken over by Amazon a few years ago. That explains that part of the query but resetting the tv to try and force updates might help too.

Lovefilm is also shutting down for good very soon.

I think that's just the love film site or something and it's just being totally absorbed by Amazon. The postal disc service that is.
