Cannot complain with service
 

Phoned VM yesterday to report a fault with second box. Tech visit arranged for same evening, tech came out sorted problem. Was speaking to him about Tivo and he said he had them in the van. Looked at missus she said ok so an hour later Tivo box installed and V+ now in bedroom. Well done VM.

As a fellow Langtonian to the OP, would you care to explain your comment further?

Just what is wrong with someone remarking on good service in this or any forum?

Do we have to only come on here and whinge? Must check the forum rules.

Good job you got it installed after the weekend so you didn't see the weekend long issue there just was and hopefully not show it's face again
