Job well done.
My phone went dead on Wednesday just after midnight, this is the only problem I have ever had with the phone since it was installed many years ago, anyway, decided to wait until 9.00am to fill in the on-line fault form, just in case the engineers were doing some upgrades.
The on-line check reported that everything was working fine, so no area problems, carried on and completed the form, immediately got an auto reply saying they were on the case, mmmm.:tiptoe: Forty five minutes later the modem lights start flashing, looks like someone could actually be on the case.... on checking the phone, normal service had been resumed. This is how a fault reporting system should work, no hassle, no drama no-one getting annoyed or frustrated. Well done VM. |
