Flashine online light on V+ Box
 

Turned the box on this evening to make sure 2 programmes recorded.
(It's switched off at the wall overnight until we want to watch tv)
I noticed the online light is flashing. I waited until the recordings had finished and turned it off at the wall for 5 mins and back on again. It's still flashing. Is there something wrong?

I've gone to button 9 for help and it isn't working. Says the service is unavailable and to call 151 and to quote 1021.
Gone to button 8 to see if I can get info from there. Pressed button 6 for Tech Stuff And it says return path is off.
Have I got a problem, and should I phone?

If you go into settings technical stuff whats your upstream power level?

Couldn't see anything called upstream power lever only return power level ?

We had a national issue tonight with stb's that have been rebooted unable to get a return path.

Mine's OK now :)

It was a new box yesterday evening, so I thought initially that the box was a dud until I saw the DHCP message, then it was clearer that the issue was down stream!

hi,

same here one of mine v+ stb rebooted FRI around 20:40
rang 151 as 1021 error.

tech was booked for MON pm.

SAT it had sorted it self out online green light was stable,cancelled tech visit.

been ok since.
