ethernet-usb

I have just swapped my USB cable for ETHERNET cable and believe i have to inform NTL of this , how -where do i inform them ? anyone know?

On the NTL home page -help and support it shows how to change cable and ends by saying that NTL must be informed of this change??:rolleyes: :confused: :confused:

Can you link to that page? I have no idea why they would need to know. It will work without you telling them.

Just checked it out, it is only for STB that NTL have to be informed:
