Virgin Media - Call Centre Numbers DEAD

This is unbelievable!

I am unable to get through to Virgin Media on any of their numbers.

If you hang on it does kick in.

They saw your account pop up on the caller ID and said 'Oh not him again' :p:

Well perhaps if VM got their act together one would not need to call them.

Perhaps so, but this is what happens when a customer feels he is getting nowhere, then at the same time is unable to speak to them about it.

Even if VM had the most perfect service in the world, the sheer number of items the network uses (be they hardware, software or anything) means it's impossible that there will never be a situation where nothing malfunctions.

As such, some people will always have to call them.

Exactly, but try telling that to Ignitionnet who continuously tries his best to insult me any chance he gets.

If we are as busy as we have been the last few days then the will be a wait which is unavoidable, we have a light on our equipment which when we are quiet does not light up, but when we are busy it first goes green then amber and finally red, can you guess which colour has been predominant the last few days.

We are training new staff but that takes time.

I understand what you are saying, but when a customer calls 150 or 151 and all he or she hears is "Hello and Welcome to Virgin Media" and then a long silence then they are entitled to feel annoyed, especially if it has occurred more than once.

If this was due to as you say being busy then VM need to look into supplying a message that indicates such, so the customer knows what to expect.

Stop phoning them all the time and they might be able to catch up with all your other calls :)

I think I have already explained all this if you care to read instead of quoting without.

I know you have a Virginmedia phone line but try 0845 454 1111 to see if the same thing happens.
