Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Mine as follows, this is the 2nd superhub with the std firmware. Having major issues tho, jitter is a bit high and periods of packet loss. Flood detection is off and wired via ethernet.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Here's mine from today of the SuperDud!
It's the first time the SuperHub has caused packet loss or "messed" up. And no idea what the heck happaned at 10am to 2pm. http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/s...18-03-2011.png And here's my old 10Mb one which someone else has now, no idea who. http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/s...18-03-2011.png |
Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Well isn't this interesting?
http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/s...24-03-2011.png http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/s...24-03-2011.png If you know how to read this, you might come to the same conclusion I have. Namely, as only one of those is hosting my connection, the explanation for the other coming alive for a short time is VM doing something, which going by secret forum observations is trying to roll back SHs on trial firmware. Which is very interesting, to say the least. |
Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
I noticed latency improved so checked my upstream and sure enough I am on docsis2 now.
Upstream Channels Lock Status Modulation Channel ID Max Raw Bit Rate Frequency Power Locked ATDMA 7 20480 Kbits/sec 45800000 Hz 44.7 dBmV Ignition or anyone else in the know, does this mean the 2nd channel they added (which I am on as the old was 4.7mhz channel 8) would still exist or will they have been merged into one channel now? This happened with no outage, all ssh sessions still up and no superhub reboot. |

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
mine with the vmng300 instead of the hub, note the margin in the "blue" area is much much smaller.
