Obviously it will be a while as to the reason why it came off the track but l know there had been concerns from local politicians.

It was reported to be traveling at 80 mph on a track that has a 30 mph limit.

The wall is not pointless either. He is entitled to protect the US borders especially from criminal cartels, from the crime ridden Mexico and he was elected on that main mandate.

You may be quite correct that the administration has limited the Government's investment representing a cut of 13% compared to Obama.

Where's the figures for the Private investment? It is a Public/Private investment scheme isn't it?

But it looks like the cause may have been speed not infrastructure... but a high speed service limited to 36mph in places doesn't sound fast.
