Cambridge CB2 9 - Broadband Down - Others?
 

Today my modem went offline around 8am and kept going off and on for the morning. Then it was back on for the rest of the day but with awful pings (high utilisation as usual) but noticed I was on CMTS 17-2 usually I'm CMTS 15-2 but around 8pm the net has gone down completely. Modem doesn't lock an upstram or downstream.

Anyone have a clue whats going on.

they might be doing some maintenacne in your area dude but if you have still got problems ring tech support on 150. Hopefully they'll already be aware of the issue.
