VM maintenance logs online anywhere
 

VM used to publish a list of planned and recent planned maintenance online. I cannot find the page any longer, only one for their "National" (ADSL) service.

Is this info still out there? I ask as we have lost connection quite a few times overnight in the last week and I'd like to check if this is indeed planned or whether something is playing up and should be reported as a fault.

(The problem was seen on several connections in the locality, not just our cable modem.)

they dont post that info anymore nor a list of fault references once the job is closed

http://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status will list most of the known issues that are currently affecting your service. This will be improved later this year to include all issues that could case your service to go offline
