I was offered a tivo box and move the current box to a second room by retentions earlier, I was thinking we could get it re sited upstairs but my mum doesn't want it up there.

Can i just cancel the current being re sited ?

Dont see why not, the engineer will just take the V+ box back, just let them know that you dont need the multiroom option.

Decided to just get it resited as it was free,
