Issue in Newton Abbot /Torquay postcode area
 

Since Christmas eve we have been experience a random dead phone line.

You can be in the middle of a phone call and it will just cut off and then have no dial tone for any time ranging between 10 minutes and 2 hours. Anybody trying to phone gets a message saying that phone number if not available. it is becoming an increasing big issue as it become more prominent.

Had an engineer out today who said it was a problem with the equipment but they are not able to pin down the problem.

Are there any other people in the TQ post code area that are experiencing the same problem?
