Looking at the Fun bundle the web site shows bbc 2 England & RTE

I am correct in thinking I would get get BBC2 Wales ( As I live in Wales) as well as BBC2 England which is shown separately on the site

You get both - everyone gets their own national version of BBC2 (on 102) as well as BBC2 England (on 865).

In Wales the regional BBC2 is carried on 102 (SD only).

BBC2 England is in HD on 162 & SD on 865.

Don't think you'll get RTE TV in Wales, just the radio like the rest of the UK.

On the west coast of Anglesey you can just about pick it up with a big aerial (you'd wish you hadn't bothered though, and that you'd found something better to do on your rain sodden holiday ;) )
