Is Vodafone's Business Customer Service getting worse?
Is Vodafone's Business Customer Service getting worse, or is it just me?
They used to bend over backwards for business customers, but now they just don't seem to want to know. I spend quite a lot of money with them for a small business, but have been without the use of one handset for two weeks now. I have been promised call backs, over and over again, but have never received one. Yet they won't put me through to anyone who has the authority to solve the problem. I have spend numerous phone calls, and a total of 8 hours on the phone trying to sort the problem out......And I thought Orange were bad :mad: |

I'd rather a company treat all its customers well, regardless of who they are.
