Recorded Messages

Greetings,

We have the block on our phone line for withheld numbers however we are still receiving calls from networks that are unable to tranmit their number. These are recorded messages and we are getting multiple of these a day at different times of the day.

Is there anyway to block this? We are registered with the TPS.

Cheers

There isn't anything VM can do from a "feature" point. I take it you have caller display as well?

You could just ignore any calls that say "unavailable" or "international"

If you have an answerphone, then just let them go to that and then delete, but if you are answering the calls then you may want to look at other options.

VM can change your number FOC for the first time or you could invest in a smart answerphone, such as Truecall? www.truecall.co.uk

If you want to keep your number then the Trucall is worth its weight in gold and is a great buy.:)
