SATA backwards compatability question.
 
Hi folks,

Would i have any issues using a Sata 3 drive with a Sata 2 enclosure(items linked below)

It should be ok, the speed will be up to STA 2.


Other wise ok

All SATA devices are backward compatible but as Ken W states in your case the speed will be SATA 2.
