I was making a hypothetical statement. As you say Sky would not just stand by and let Apple destroy their business.

It's been put out there probably with a hope of raising the money gained for the TV rights.

Premier League coverage is seen as a way to boost sales of Apple TV and the iPad, according to the Daily Mail, which does not reveal its source for the story.
Premiership football on my iPad can't wait :D What a leap forward.

The report makes sense in light of rumours that Apple is planning to release a television set. The company obviously has the technology to make a TV but would need to offer compelling content.
Should have a massive audience reach then :D

Coverage across devices and Sky (Sports) dead in the water, how could it get better?

All this talk of Apples and Crepes are making me hungry. Also reminding me of the Kitchens that I worked in?
