Excellent service by a VM engineer. :) I had a VM engineer to investigate my power levels and the random self resetting of my SH1. The engineer arrived within the allotted time frame. He checked my power levels in the street cabinet then checked my SH1. While he was hear the SH1 self reset it's self. The engineer replaced my SH and verified my wireless connection was working Ok.

Lucky that it was only the SH1 that conveniently reset itself! ;)
The Brighton techs I have to agree are also excellent and well trained, as the very few occasions they've attended that don't even need to diagnose/argue any more.
They already have the diagnostic detail as they walk thru the door. You see their eyes glaze .... and the only thing I then need to do is "re-set" the tech myself and return him/her + defective Hub to their van! :p:
It's disappointing when we hear of some techs that don't quite meet the minimal standards! :(
