had problems with error message , unregistered number, tried everything suggested on Google with no success, now phone is not letting me unlock the sim card, any suggestions before I throw it in the bin

Absolutely disgusted with so-called customer service, an absolute joke, after phoning them and the store as directed by them , the store says that is probably a problem with the screen, can be repaired at a local shop for about £25 ......why should I pay for a repair when it is under contract. Has anyone got the e-mail address or address of the CEO, co I can write a strong letter of complaint as the phone , the service are not fit for purpose
