samsung LED 6510+volume remote
 

I followed the instruction to setup the volume in the remote but no luck, I tried all codes 4080, 4081 , 0010, 000 without success, when I press volup+mute I got the pop up message from Virgin, light flash twice, I insert the code, light flash twice, press ok, message pop up still there, need to press ok to close it, then hold power button for 15 sec and it goes in stanby, press ok, press power button again but no changes at all, what did I do wrong??:confused:

Probably chose wrong remote on screen, make sure the one on the screen matches yours exactly. One of the black remotes has a black logo, one white

I solved the issue, I did try to many times that probably the remote messed up all the codes...I reset with the code 0683 then did it again with the code 4081 (4080 didn't work), now volume working
