Finished work at one, lay sunbathing with some beers whilst my son splashes away happilly in his paddling pool, life cant get any better :)

Just finishing work now (having started at 7:30am) - as soon as I get home, me and a bottle of Shiraz are going to get up close and personal.....:D

Same here, Since I lost my job at the end of last year I have lost about 1 1/2 stone.

I have tried losing it or done any exercise, but I have only eaten less than I would have had at work.
