Le Shuttle Ticket, a hire car ( does that count) parking space & a appointment with a shrink - what was I thinking buying two match tickets yesterday!!! :banghead: It would have been cheaper to Go to the Rugby club buy all the drinks all day , just so I could have a front row seat in front of the TV :dozey:

Lots of geetar strings...I have a recording session in 2 weeks and need backup. Bass strings need at least a week to break in.

2x sets of Ernie Ball Super slinky .009s
2x sets of D'Addario XL .011s
1x set Martin SP .012s acoustic strings
1x Rickenbacker standard gauge 12 string set

1x set DR Lo-rider .100s (bass)
1x D'Addario XL Nickel Wound .105s (bass)

Re: What have you just bought?

Well it all adds up when you have a few sets to change at once for any reason. Normal electric guitar strings are around a fiver a set, Ricky 12 string sets are 15 quid and bass strings can range from 10-50 quid. DR Lo Riders are £30 for a 4 string set, having said that, the ones I replaced had been on for 2 years (although some bass players never change their strings unless one breaks).

Heated propagator from Tesco. Shelf edge price £4, till price £15, they let me have it for £4 without even a comment after my initial "It's priced wrongly on the shelf then".
