Oven Roaster, to make gravy

I'm looking for a roaster, that I can cook a Sunday joint in, but when it's done put on a hob to make gravy.

The only ones I can seem to buy are oven only (Amazon Prime).

Not too worried about cost but don't want to spend silly money.

Any suggestion.

Have you taken a look at Halogen Ovens.

Should work on the hob..in fact one reviewer suggested that it does.

Just get a plain stainless steel one. Preferably with handles. And as heavy as you can get, the thin ones distort too easily on the hob.

And make sure it fits in your oven!

We sometimes use a castiron frying pan. So cook the breakfast bacon in, then just use again for the roast. Can brown off in pan before oven and make gravy in afterwards.

And once you have it treated it only needs a rinse and scrub down to clean it.
