Guys, I'm really sorry, but I just can't get away from the thought that this thread is at least a fortnight premature.

By all means discuss plans for Christmas, Christmas presents, Christmas decorations, Christmas trees and Christmas dinner - but let's not start wishing each other merry Christmas until it is Christmas.
